Cllr Fairclough – Creating an Environmental Crime Team

Cllr Hilary Fairclough wants Bolton Council to deal more strongly with environmental crime such as litter, fly tipping and dog fouling. We think this is the right approach; which is why it was in our Alternative Budget for Bolton.
